Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter)

Salary: UAH 35,000 to 55,000 per month

The role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle at oHallo, from role definition and sourcing through to offer and onboarding handover. The role supports every business function and operates across two talent markets, Ukraine and Scandinavia. The successful candidate will establish and run oHallo’s recruitment processes, work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers, and ensure a consistently high standard of candidate experience.

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruitment across all teams, from intake with the hiring manager to offer and onboarding handover
• Set up and run our LinkedIn Recruiter presence as a senior profile would: project structure, Boolean searches, outreach templates and pipeline tracking
• Proactively identify and approach senior candidates through direct outreach in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Ukraine
• Turn each hiring need into a clear role profile, scorecard and interview plan, including case assignments and personality assessments where relevant
• Write and publish job ads and careers page content
• Build and maintain the recruitment process and tools, including an applicant tracking system
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and give every candidate a fast, respectful experience
• Report on pipeline, time to hire and open roles
• Handle candidate data in line with GDPR

What you bring

• 4+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years recruiting for Scandinavian companies or Scandinavian roles
• Proven experience with direct candidate outreach, LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing, plus the main Ukrainian recruitment platforms
• Experience hiring in tech, ideally in a startup or scale-up
• Experience supporting several teams at once and prioritizing between them
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving team, with working-hours overlap with Copenhagen (CET)
• Willingness to travel when needed, including to Scandinavia

Nice to have

• Experience hiring software engineering, AI or SaaS sales profiles
• Danish, Swedish or Norwegian language skills
• Experience choosing and implementing an ATS
• Knowledge of Nordic employment norms and salary expectations
