• Participated in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving.
• Analyzed claim requests from customers and propose solutions. Prepared repots on
daily/weekly/monthly basic using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, Power BI .
• Business trip to Israel. The main goal was to transfer Claims activities from the market side to
NBS Lviv. I analyzed daily claims activity on the market side, elicited business requirements,
collaborated with colleagues from Israel Nestle to gather more information, proposed different
approaches of analyzing claims for Israel market in NBS Lviv. Based on my analysis I mapped
process, create documentations, and shared my knowledges with colleagues from NBS Lviv.
Transferring activities to NBS Lviv we saved 3 FTE for Israel market. In NBS Lviv 2 FTE cover
these activities and we save 1 FTE.
• Business trip to Poland. The main goal was to transfer Claims and Credit Notes activities from
the market side to NBS Lviv. I analyzed daily claims and CN activities on the market side,
discussed process with colleagues from the market, gather all requirements from stakeholders.
Based on my analysis I mapped processes, created documentations and proposals how to
conduct Claims and CN processes in NBS Lviv. For Poland market we save 0,7 FTE using in NBS
new approaches to process claims and deductions.
