Project 1: CV Converter - Product Owner

Led the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, of an AI-powered CV conversion tool
for recruiters and HR teams.

●​ Defined product vision and roadmap based on user research and recruiter pain
points.
●​ Led user interviews that confirmed 90% problem–solution fit across target segments.
●​ Conducted rapid concept validation through an AI-built landing page and demo video
to test market demand.
●​ Collaborated with engineering and design teams to deliver Google Drive integration
and AI-based document transformation functionality.
●​ Led go-to-market strategy, user acquisition and retention.

Result: Validated the product within 3 weeks, secured stakeholder budget approval for MVP

Project 2: Lyrio.ai - Product Marketing Manager

Led product development and marketing strategy for Lyrio, an AI cognitive workspace,
integrating positioning, acquisition strategy, and product development roadmap.
