Network & Routing: Managed corporate network infrastructure built on MikroTik hardware. Handled over 100 active
PPPoE connections, ensuring stable traffic routing, load balancing, and network security. Also created and
configured network setups from scratch.

Hardware Management: Managed office computers and hardware. Did diagnostics, component testing
(BIOS/UEFI, drives), inventory tracking, and secure data wiping before equipment disposal.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provided L1/L2 technical support in a mixed OS environment. Quickly
