Mature manager with 13 years of experience in HR and recruiting, 9 years in marketing,
SMM and communication strategies. I worked as HRD in product company with 500+
employees, leaded Europe&India recruiting teams in outstaffing company, launched new
markets, created restaurant and bar concepts, ran own SMM agency and composed brand
strategies. Participated as a speaker into different hospitality conferences and bar shows.

My superpower was always about passion and pure love to hospitality industry, which
needs to be managed by clear and valuable approaches. I will never work or collaborate
with businesses with no values or global mission.

I am deeply passionate about the hospitality industry and co-
founded a classic cocktail bar in Ukraine in 2021, where I led the
concept creation and the full marketing launch.

Over four years, the bar became nationally recognized and
internationally visible through guest shifts in Spain and Slovakia,
as well as speaking engagements at Athens Bar Show,
Barometer, Lisbon Bar Show, and Mirror Hospitality Expo. This
growth was driven by emotional marketing and narrative-led
brand building.
I love public speaking and have a strong ability to hold
the room and deliver talks that captivate and fully
engage audiences. Over the past five years, I have
spoken extensively on emotional marketing,
storytelling, and the development of the hospitality
industry.

INDUSTRY EVENTS
In addition to authoring a poetry book, I have over 10 years of
experience in professional writing, including tone of voice
development, brand messaging, and effective call-to-action strategy.
I have created a wide range of texts – from brand narratives and
editorial content to articles and long-form descriptions – and have
taught these skills as part of various educational programs and
courses. 1 year of my life was devoted to being a chief editor of bar
media (as a side project).

While I have never worked behind the bar, my deep curiosity for
the hospitality industry and strong relationship-building skills
have allowed me to become a recognized voice within the bar
and restaurant community. I am comfortable speaking the
