Livepage - Digital Marketing Agency (Sep 2025 – Present)
Recruitment Specialist

During my time at Livepage, I gained a deeper understanding of the digital marketing industry, which helped
me communicate effectively with hiring managers and fully understand the requirements of each position.
This allowed me to close vacancies within the expected timeframes, ensure a smooth onboarding process
for new employees, and quickly adapt to changes in hiring and HR processes.

Appexoft - IT Company (April 2022 - June 2025)
HRD / Recruitment Specialist
I managed the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring and onboarding. In addition to
recruitment, I also took on HR responsibilities, including coordinating the recruitment team's tasks, identifying
potential risks within teams, conducting one-on-one meetings, organizing training sessions, planning team-
building activities and company events, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

During my time with the company, we grew the team from 90 to 200 employees. I also helped improve
recruitment and HR processes, optimized documentation, and enhanced candidate sourcing by introducing
and using additional recruitment channels and tools.
