Art and Leadership: During my university years, I discovered a new hobby theater arts. I participated in numerous festivals
related to theater, taking on roles such as actor, screenwriter, director, comedian, organizer, and manager. This hobby became my
passion and remains so to this day. Through it, I was able to uncover new qualities in myself as a manager, organizer, and leader,
as I held leadership positions during my involvement in theatrical activities and managed teams with a large number of
participants.
