Under the leadership implemented the largest part of the large-scale project "Election 2012" with the involvement of experts in all major cities of Donetsk region. The project included the delivery, installation, technical support and dismantling of equipment for 1133 polling stations. Organized optimal structure for coordination and accountability at all levels of management of the project. Successfully implemented the project on optimization of expenditures on private security telecommunication facilities. The investment costs have been paid off within 3 months, annual savings amounted to more than 2 million UAH.

Brigades have successfully constructed networks in cities of Donetsk area, and as in the city of Donetsk.
