I worked on 5 parallel projects that were related to enriching an application (NAP) with state-of-the-art technological advances to work with subscriber data and service provisioning (in the telecom sector). Each new app feature was covered with sophisticated automated testing (ARTS) that ensured backward compatibility and high levels of code coverage.

My main responsibilities: identifying key stakeholders and high-level risks, defining the high-level scope, creating WBS and developing the cost estimates and cost baseline, schedule baseline, allocating the resources, carrying out the communication plan, measuring project performance, analyzing the change requests, verifying the deliverables with the client, archiving the project records, obtaining financial project closure.

Along with project-related duties, I have contributed to the improvement of the processes at project, teams, company levels.

I have experience in IT Project Management (from initiation till closure), Mentoring & Coaching, Helping companies and staff improve their day-to-day business and processes.

I worked on more than 20+ projects (and more than 10+ different IT products having Frontend/UI or just Backend based) covering industries like FinTech, Cryptocurrency, CRMs, Insurance, Telecom, and others (AGILE, Waterfall, Mixed); with international teams (3-15+ people) on average working on 2-5 parallel projects in several timezones, on different platforms (web, android, iOS); executing besides the role of project manager also the roles of UI/UX/QA Lead, program manager, mentor for juniors designers testers and project managers, providing assistance and help to PgMs, DMs, PMOs, CTOs, CEOs.

Besides the knowledge of Software and Product Development Life Cycles, I know the basics of programming in Java and C# (certificate on C#, experience with java while working on a thesis-related-project by debugging/fixing/upgrading with new features a Semantically wise product); I have experience in testing Web-applications (I have QA certificate and also worked as Tester and QA Lead); I worked as UI graphical designer and UI Lead (understanding HTML5, CSS3, Boostrap grids) and have a taste for UX.

I like to work both as a team member and as a team leader. I can easily find a common language with people (whether it is a formal written communication or an informal verbal talk with involved stakeholders), inspiring and collaborating in Fluent English for more than 10+ years with teams, stakeholders, and clients (from little companies to the biggest ones) that operate on a large scale in Asia, Africa, Europe, America. Also speaking fluently Romanian, Russian, Italian.

Involved mainly in Agile project management (from: user stories, dailies, sprints, deliveries, retrospectives, backlog prioritization; all the way up to: product discovery & requirements gathering, branding & design, documentation, business and data analysis, estimations, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, to closure with lessons learned and project archival).

I like to share my knowledge with people so they don't do the mistakes that I have done in my earliest practice, and also share unintuitive tips and tricks that I found to work along the path of becoming the better version of myself.
