Summary
I am a beginner QA Engineer who switched over from Customer Support. I
have finished Practical Testing Course of SoftServe Academy. I have a great
desire to work and grow in the field of Quality Assurance. My previous work
experience was related to communication with English speaking customers
and I'm sure that it will help me in the future position of QA Engineer.
I have good theoretical knowledge of Software Testing fundamentals. During
QA courses I acquired skills such as: functional testing, unfunctional testing,
Lviv, Ukraine writing test cases, bug reports and checklists. I have basic knowledge and basic
practical experience in HTML, CSS, SQL.
