EvoPlay — international IT company, leading developer of integrated products and solutions for the online gaming industry. Now our team is looking for Customer Support Manager.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Receive and enthusiastically respond to chats, phone calls and emails from existing and potential clients.
  • Contact clients for required documents for account verification.
  • Ability to serve our clients with courtesy and respect over the phone.
  • Provide appropriate solutions, alternatives and feedback to customer service questions and concerns within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Work with information: researching, locating, and providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
  • Manage technical information and databases in the computer system.
  • Manage and coordinate requests between departments.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.


  • Fluent English, both verbal and written is a must.
  • Handling incoming calls/correspondence (in English).
  • Processing customer requests.
  • Great communication & negotiation skills.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • A quick learner with willingness to grow.
  • Well-organized.
  • Friendly and empathetic.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Strong listening skills.
  • Forward thinking.
  • Self-confidence, energy, enthusiasm and stress-resistance.
  • Graduates are welcome!
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
