My responsibilities: To monitor, open and change routes with respect to momentum pricing and quality, besides maintain all routing related systems for both A2p service. Evaluate options to reduce costs without compromising on quality standarts. Execute coverage test on a weekly basis to update internet routing tables with priority changes according to cost and quality optimization.
Manage day-to-day client requests
Update and review SMS fee table according to price changes. Expand coverage by identifying new routes while replace some of the old invalid routes.
Update all internal systems with current operator data to manage dependencies.
Participate in “clean up” projects to ensure data accuracy and consistency in systems report and recommend potential destinations to procurement team in order to cover them. Correspond with clients on routing specific requests, besides collaborate with Support team in case of customer complaints. Engage with Sales and Technical , Commercial teams to understand and conclude various internal matters.
Expand client base and promote company services among existing clients
Liaise between internal and external stakeholders to resolve customer complaints. Constantly monitor the traffic to the advantage of company as per momentum pricing experience requirements.
Develop effective working relationships within the team, other departments and clients
