2015 – July 2021 - NGO Сenter of Social Initiatives ATOM, co-founder, executive director:

Project Bright Idea in Her Hands (funded by the Swiss Cooperation Office Ukraine, USD 20 460,00) was aimed at
increasing the participation of women in founding and managing their own businesses. This was done by training
participants to turn their unique experiences acquired during volunteering into the seed capital for future successful
entrepreneurship. As a result, eight business plans prepared by women-volunteer received financial support
(regranting) for their start-ups.

Project Bloggers for Good Governance was focused on the mobilization of civil society against corruption. The
project’s goal was to encourage local activists and investigator bloggers to control local self-governments, cover the
cases connected with corruption, and report about the abuses on an independent web
platform http://bloggers4gg.org.ua. The project received two grants for its activities from The International
Renaissance Foundation (October 2018 for 9 months, USD 10 660,00), and German Marshall Fund, Black Sea Trust for
Regional Cooperation (October 2018 for 8 months, USD 35 000,00).

August 2021- presents - NGO Сenter of Social Initiatives ATOM, deputy-executive director, and project leader of the
project Organizational Support for the Local Independent Media.

The project’s goal was to strengthen the local independent media by providing organizational support to Ukrainian
young journalists through the regional Lviv Correspondents Network created under the project and improving the
organizational capacity of the local media outlet IA Variants. The project was awarded by Black Sea Trust and funded
by the European Union (July 2021 – April 2022, EUR 22 000,00)
