10+ years in financial management and corporate finance of all segments,

1. Senior Banking Sector Expert, with in excess of 20 years of experience in corporate banking, formulating and implementing institutional restructuring and development programmes in Ukraine. Corporate Banking expertise gained in financial services delivery, dealing with Large Corporates, Mid-Market clients, SMEs, and the retail sector. Corporate lending and structured financing under the insurance coverage of export credit agencies to the largest domestic producers in the petroleum, metallurgy, machinery, transportation, defence and agribusiness industries.
2. Proven experience in formulating and rolling-out institutional change programmes in Banks in Ukraine. Significant practical experience in business-process optimization and reengineering, financial management, strategic planning, business planning, organizational analysis and design, product range development and marketing promotion. 3. Significant track record in structuring and managing teams and business lines in Ukrainian Banks, and providing management and oversight of Bank business processes, including oversight of Branch networks, and capacity building corporate sales teams with overall responsibility for business activities of more than 200 staff. The experience in all management positions spans 9 years, including the senior position with management responsibility for the credit portfolio for three years. Corporate lending expertise is gained for 15 years.
4. Proven experience in strategy development and implementation, targeted at corporate business development of all segments, as well as overall management and oversight of strategic plan and corporate marketing plan, targeted at insurance sector. Significant practical experience for both directions in pursuing strategy to increase in direct and indirect profitability, to gain market share, as well as to achieve higher level of quality, confidence and recognition. Business development of subsidiary insurance companies.
5. Experience with the implementation of EBRD credit lines in Ukrainian Banks, and participation the implementation of EBRD Institution Building Progmramme. Cooperation with MFI/IFI and NBFI; development of common financial services supporting international trade; financial and credit projects.
