Responsibilities

Supervisor of Customer Service Team - accomplish department objectives by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work process. Customer Support Representative - dealing with customers from USA&Canada as well as from European countries, booking flights for them, finding the appropriate solution on their issues. Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, generate sales leads, identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction, build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas, handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents, follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Language Tutor - to set regular homework and return it promptly, in all cases offer students constructive feedback on their work; to conduct agreed oral and written assessments in line with requirements of the integrated programme and with reference to the language co-ordinators; to meet deadlines and communicate with language co-ordinators when necessary;
